Listing Agent Realtor:  Although this is usually viewed by sellers and buyers alike to be the most expensive, it is not necessarily true.  A Professional  Listing Realtor can correctly assess the selling price, expertly advise the seller on how to get the most money out of the property to include handling all of the showings and open houses, and masterly negotiate with the buyer to get a viable contract in the minimal amount of time.  Should you choose this option, we highly recommend that you use one of our Preferred Realtors.

 

For Sale By Owner (FSBO):  Individuals selecting this option are normally trying to avoid the realtor commission fees in hopes of making more money on the sell of the property.  There are trade offs.  It is definitely much more work to advertise, list,  show, longer to find and negotiate with potential buyers.  Buyers usually offer a lot less than the asking price because they realize that the seller is listing it at similar prices as those being handled  by realtors.  There is always the chance   of selling it too low because of not knowing the true market values.  It is estimated that between 87 - 94% of the FSBO's end up being listed by a realtor.  Should you choose to go this option, we strongly recommend that you use our  Free FSBO Services.
